• Return Period: You may return items within 30 days from the ship date for a full refund (excluding shipping and gift wrap charges).
• How to Return: Simply send the item(s) back in their original packaging to the address below. Upon receiving your return, expect a refund within one billing cycle.
• Return Label: For orders within the US and UK, we can provide a return shipping label. A fee of $6.95 USD will be deducted from your refund for using this service.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned, or refused packages, unless the issue was caused by our error.

Condition of Returns
We understand that customers may need to open products to determine if they are satisfied. As long as the item is not excessively used, a full refund will be issued. If there are signs of significant use, a partial refund may be provided based on the condition.
